We, Point Three Corporation, consider it our mission to contribute to society by meeting the expectations of all stakeholders, including customers, employees and their families, through the provision of consulting services related to management, statistics, analysis, research, marketing and information security, consulting and development services related to information systems and AI, and all services related to the above. In our business activities, we utilise many information assets, including personal information entrusted by our customers, and we recognise that the protection of these information assets is a top management priority in order to meet the expectations of all stakeholders.
Therefore, we hereby declare that we have established a basic policy on information security, and based on this basic policy, we have established and operate an ISMS (Information Security Management System) and will make company-wide efforts for continuous improvement based on changes in the environment surrounding our company.
Furthermore, we have set the following security objectives and will ensure that all measures to achieve these objectives are implemented.

✓ Prevent information security incidents before they occur.
✓ Minimise the impact of information security incidents should they occur.
